To have an account in All Stuff, a user needs to register through our online form. The information we collect in the form will be used for making easy contact with our members. We encourage our members to provide an updated and accurate information as possible. The information you enter will be the key to your successful sales and allows for a straight connection to your business and to your clients.
The Registration


Account registration in All Stuff is totally free. To register you need to select Register from the top right hand corner under the main menu. You should read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before you register. The registration has two process which protects us from any bogus users.
  1. Filling-in of the online form.
  2. Confirmation email to verify the validity of your email address.
Registration Form - explanation of each field from the registration form
  • Username: this is screen name that other users will know you by. It could be your real name, especially if you want people to be able to find you, but it could also be a nickname.
  • Email address: enter your email address. We will send you a confirmation email message when you have registered.
  • Password: choose a secret password that only you know or could remember easily. A good password would be 6 - 8 characters long and include a mixture of letters and numbers. We can not see your password so you might want to write it down somewhere safe, or maybe just a hint to help you remember it.
  • Business Name: enter your business name or trading name. If you have no business or trading name then you can leave this field empty.
  • First Name: your first name must be real and it is important in many ways specially either you are a purchaser or the store owner.
  • Last Name: your family name must be real, this has a similar importance of your first name.
  • Gender: you select your gender, male or female.
  • Address: it is important for us to know the exact location specially for delivery of purchased or for verification purposes.
  • Region: the region is refering to which part of New Zealand your address. (ex. Auckland, Wellington)
  • District: the district is refering to which part of the region your address. (ex. Auckland City, Manukau City)
  • Suburb: the suburb is refering to which part of the district your address. (ex. St. Johns, Kohimarama)
  • Postcode: a postal code is a series of digits appended to a postal address for the purpose of sorting mail.
  • Phone number: this will use if we need to give you a callback incase our support team are all busy.
  • Mobile number: this is the alternative number incase your phone is busy. If none, you can leave this field empty.
  • Website: your website. If none, you can leave this field empty.
  • Legal age: a checkbox is to signify that you are at legal age to allow in online purchasing. New Zealand law considered 18 years old and above is the legal age.
  • Captcha: is a random generated value, a standard security entry intended to distinguish human from machine input. Required to have at least one word is correct and a best guess for the rest.
I did not receive the confirmation email after registering.
You may try to check your Spam folder, sometimes our email can be mistaken as spam just like some emails of other legitimate websites. If for some reason the email did not arrive, then you must add noreply@allstuff.co.nz to your address book. By doing so, you can still initiate the re-send of your confirmation email by logging in to the site and clicking on the "resend verification" link.
What happens to my unverified account?
For security reasons, all unverified accounts will be removed from the system after 3 days.
Why is my account locked?
An account will be locked down if we identify a threat to your account. If your account is locked, your services or tasks will still be shown and members can still make transactions. The only thing you need to do is to call our free support to activate the account.
What should I do if my account is suspended?
You need to call the support to help you out with this issue. The likely reason we suspend an account is due to misconduct such as inappropriate use of our services or using offensive words to other members. Serious offence such as fraud will be reported to authorities for further investigation and results to automatic termination of the account.

What will happen if I have an existing transaction with a suspended Provider?
This will depend on the status of the trading. If the trading is paid by the Consumer, then payments to the Provider will be On Hold. Otherwise, the transaction will be cancelled. If there is a task associated with this trading, the task will be reopened.
Both parties will receive an email notification with regards to the status of the trading.
What will happen if I have an existing transaction with a suspended Consumer?
This will depend on the status of the trading. If the trading is paid by the Consumer, then payments to the Provider will be On Hold. Otherwise, the transaction will be cancelled. If there is a task associated with this trading, the task will not be available until the Consumer is unsuspended before the task will expire.
Both parties will receive an email notification with regards to the status of the trading.
